Return and Exchange Policy:

- For a customer to be eligible for a product exchange, the customer may request an exchange within 5 days of the original purchase date.
- The product must be in unused and sellable condition with all original packaging intact.
- Customers returning any items must provide the original receipt as proof of purchase from any of our sales outlets.
- Customers can choose a different item of equal or lesser value from any of our sales outlets across the country.
- Wrong tile designs, sizes or defective products will be exchanged immediately or depending on the situation, when a customer brings it to our attention,
- Please notify our sales team promptly if you receive a wrong or defective item.
- Item exchanges can be made at any of our sales outlets across the country.
- Customers are responsible for any transportation or shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Return and Refund Policy:

- For a customer to be eligible for a refund, the customer may request for a refund within 10 days of the original purchase date.
- The product for which a refund is being requested must be in unused and sellable condition with all original packaging intact.
- Customers receive a full refund equal to the original purchase amount within 72 hours after the refund request is made.
- Customers requesting for a refund must provide the original receipt as proof of purchase from any of our sales outlets.
- Defective products will be refunded immediately or replaced, depending on the situation.
- Refunds can be processed at any of our sales outlets across the country.
- Customers are responsible for any transportation or shipping costs associated with refunds
